Jesse is a seasoned attorney licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky. After graduting cum laude from both the University of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Univiersity Chase College of Law, Jesse jumped right into the Sports Law world. Boasting nearly a decade of experience in the sports industry, Jesse’s expertise spans vastly. Starting his career at Katz Management Group, he drafted, reviewed, and negotiated contracts for esteemed clients such as coaches, athletic directors, and professional athletes. After dedicating seven successful years to Katz Management Group, Jesse took the entrepreneurial leap and founded The Tailored Agency. This strategic move allowed him to broaden his legal practice, incorporating services related to
Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) rights. In addition, Jesse is the Sports Law professor at Northern Kentucky University, focusing on NIL and the laws related to sports. Jesse’s commitment extends beyond traditional legal avenues and representation of professional athletes and coaches, as he passionately assists student athletes in navigating the ever-evolving landscape of collegiate sports and NIL. With an unwavering dedication to excellence, Jesse continues to make a significant impact in both the legal and sports industries. In addition to his legal endeavors in sports law, Jesse is also an assistant prosecuting attorney.
